Makes the Android prepaint and WebView build workflows select the exact pull-request head and disables persisted checkout credentials. The stable signing-key checkout remains a separately pinned dependency.
All IB pull-request workflows now pass ai-ci’s exact-head workflow audit. This does not promote emulator installation or APK publication into physical-device evidence.
