Define the existing browser-owned checked Google request URL, preserving raw UTF-8 terms, percent-encoding and '+' spaces, with refusal/encoding smoke tests. This PR also retains the real source evidence needed to finish the ChordReader handoff.
The unchanged ICU command fetched
https://google.com/search?q=Bj%C3%B6rk+%26+C%23+chordson the host. HTTP/1.0 returned 426. Its existing HTTP/1.1 mode returned 200 after one redirect to www.google.com, with 93,166 bytes and declared ISO-8859-1 HTML. Exact response bytes, ten-field metadata, digests and bounded receipts are under examples/autogenerated/chordsearch/observations/.The native private-ingress repair in isomorphisms/ib PR #155, “Stream authorized Shizuku ICU responses into app-private canonical Arena via Binder PFD” retains/reopens this exact body in canonical Arena while refusing reader admission. Independent ai-ci also refuses its declared charset; its eight-/ten-field compatibility repair does not add a charset decoder or invent redirect provenance.
The actual SearchIntentRequest.idric boundary calls the unchanged google_icu_url on the raw Intent query. It typechecks, then direct DEX exits 1 at

This one-off continuation is explicitly authorized without FP.
