test(record): J5 end to end, nothing mocked, declared covers("J5") - #92

verify reported J5 as NO JOURNEY-LEVEL TEST: tests/test_record.py stubs ledger.resolve_commit on every write path, so no test ran the command the way a user does. This one drives record.main() against a real two-commit git repo, lets git resolve HEAD, and reads the caught/missed judgement back through the CLI; only the ledger location (TESTGRAPH_STATE_DIR) is isolated. Verified: verify on a diff selecting J5 now reports 'J5 pass, 2 declared test(s)', and the level-1 trace check credits it. 422 tests.
