Updated project repository URLs in build scripts, spec file, and debian packaging to reflect the current GitHub repository.
Additionally, it is worth noting that the repository mentioned in /doc/instead.6 (instead-games.sf.net) and /games/tutorial/tutorial.lua (instead-games.sourceforge.net) still formally exists but may also be outdated and should be verified for accuracy.
