The display hands its claim credential over Bluetooth as `credential` (inklethq/firmware#1), the name the firmware, both apps and the backend's factory tooling now share. The field was `bind`, which no released firmware ever sent.

The display now hands its claim credential over Bluetooth as
credential(inklethq/firmware#1); v0.4.0 readbind, so Bluetooth setup against the current firmware ended at "The display is on Wi-Fi" without adding it. No released firmware ever sentbind.swift testgreen, plus a test that decodes the field and its absence.
