fix(ui): extend input sheet backgrounds behind the keyboard - #280

Paint matching backgrounds behind the keyboard in session import, message replies, and suggested post/offer sheets to prevent modal barriers from showing through rounded keyboard corners. Preserve keyboard avoidance, fractional sheet sizing, corner shapes, and pointer behavior. Match the replies backdrop to the active composer, emoji, or sticker panel, and retain transparent keyboard insets for centered dialogs. Telegram API Terms classification: compliant/unchanged.
