Restyle the founder note and sync the GhostGet blurb - #593

The founder note under the hero no longer renders in the display serif. It now sets in Nebula Sans at a conversational size inside a soft card, with the emoji in a tinted disc, the signature on a hairline rule, and the call to action under it. The inline blurb is the new registry copy (jungle #703). - `website/source/styles.css`: new `.founder-note` block styles. The note sizes to its own margins (`inline-size: auto`) because the marketing page layout gives every child `inline-size: min(100%, measure)`, which pushed the card 20px past a 390px viewport. - `website/source/index.html`: new blurb text, signature before action. - `website/site.test.ts`: asserts the blurb matches the synced snapshot, the signature precedes the action, and the note uses the text face. - `portfolio-messaging.generated.json`: synced from the registry. Verified: `bun test website/site.test.ts` passes (13 tests); pinned-Chromium screenshots at 1280 and 390 wide in light and dark, card measures 350px wide at 390px.
