Adds an explicit Core 0.7 wire-shape boundary and tests while preserving the historical runtime archive/replay envelope. Nonce, hash-chain, delegation, and authority fields remain runtime/profile/chain state rather than being presented as Core requirements.
Maintainer closeout (2026-09-26): Closing as part of repository simplification. Released v0.3.1 already documents the runtime-envelope boundary. The proposed parallel partial shape validator is intentionally not added: it does not enforce the complete current schema and would duplicate the canonical Core/SDK/API validation path. Runtime archives remain preserved; signed wire events continue through the current SDK/API.
