Add user generation as a list #4918

It is inconvenient and time-consuming to create users one by one when I need to generate a large number of VPN profiles with the same configuration (e.g., 30 days validity and 300 GB traffic).

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a feature to bulk generate users based on a configuration (e.g., 30-day subscription, 300 GB traffic), and get a .txt file with the generated profile links. Ideally, I should be able to set the number of users to generate (e.g., 100), and get the links in the following format:

Additional context
This feature would be very useful for quickly onboarding users in batches, such as for testing, sales events, or resellers. Ideally, the links should also include an identifiable user suffix like #USER-30d-0001 for easier reference.
