…tion breaks the upstream photon-node patch The v0.3.8-alpha.1 build failed cold: setup-bun@v2 unpinned pulled a newer bun whose patching of @silvia-odwyer/photon-node@0.3.4 (an upstream-carried patch, unchanged since v0.3.7's green build) rejects hunk #10 against the resolved photon_rs.js. Local 1.4.2 applies the identical patch cleanly (today's unified-deploy binary built from the same tree). Pin the proven version in release.yml + ci.yml's build-binary jobs.

Release-blocking: the v0.3.8-alpha.1 build-binary job failed on the upstream photon-node patch (hunk #10) under latest bun; 1.4.2 (the local-proven version that built today's unified-deploy binary from the same tree) applies it cleanly. Pins setup-bun in release.yml + ci.yml.
