Hi, I'm Hao Qi

I'm an MSc Enterprise Artificial Intelligence student at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, with a bachelor's degree in Finance. I work on applied AI and automation projects where source evidence, human review, and clear product boundaries matter.

Study-abroad application system Designed a multi-agent workflow with Profile, Matching, Writing, and application operations agents; facts and decisions remain reviewable. Sanitized architecture and synthetic walkthrough; private implementation.
Study-abroad Sales Agent Built a Strategy Agent for next-action decisions and a Conversation Agent for reviewable message drafts. Public architecture and synthetic demo; no proven sales lift.
Content / Marketing Agent Built a drafting workflow that separates source facts from writing style, checks claims, and requires human approval. Private prototype and local demonstrations.
A Little Closer Designed an agent workflow for relationship communication, with evidence checks and user control over the final message. Private prototype; synthetic evaluation.
ServiceScribe: HVAC report agent Contributed to a team-built tool that turns technician audio or text into source-bound, reviewed service reports. Public team repository and my contributions.
Invoice reimbursement automation UiPath Studio Web team coursework prototype for invoice intake, extraction, checks, tracking, and follow-up. Sanitized case study pending team disclosure approval.

How I work

  • Turn a business process into explicit inputs, states, review points, and failure paths.
  • Keep factual claims tied to their sources and make uncertainty visible.
  • Use AI coding tools to implement and iterate, then inspect behavior and test the boundaries.
