Sub-bugHCK-18328 [PROD][BigQuery][Partitioning] Unexpected ability to pick > 1 columns for table partitioning

## Content
  • As GBQ supports only 1 column for partitioning while up to 4 for Clustering, we restrict adding several partition keys.
  • Old modeles remains untouched, allowing the user to pick which exact key needs to remain.
