The Docs badge image is
readthedocs.org/projects/pvactools/badge/, so it reports the build status of pvactools while the link next to it goes tovatools.readthedocs.io. The two projects will disagree whenever one build breaks and the other does not.Changed the image to the
vatoolsproject. Link target untouched.Both projects exist and both currently render "passing", so this is not visible today; it is only wrong once the builds diverge.
