Upgrade Atomic to the stable 0.9.52 release - #744

Moves the Atomic harness from 0.9.51 to the stable 0.9.52 release. Versions. catalog:harness pins `@bastani/atomic` 0.9.52. The lockfile resolves `@bastani/atomic`, `@bastani/atomic-natives` with its platform packages, and `@bastani/pi-ai` at 0.9.52, with no older `@bastani` package left. Nothing else in the lockfile moves. What changed in Atomic, and what it means here. 0.9.52 shows an attached workflow stage chat's own extension statuses in its footer, and keeps web_search's results when its interactive curator can't open. An atomic Planner runs Atomic in process and uses neither the stage chat footer nor the curator, so its behavior doesn't change and no code changes.
