Bump vite to 6.4.5 and vitest to 4.1.12 in the root and refresh brace-expansion to 1.1.21/2.1.7. In e2e fixtures, bump vite to 7.3.7 and source-map-js to 1.2.2 in pnpm-workspace-test-app and vitest to 4.1.12 in cloudflare-wrangler-sourcemaps-test-app. Resolves the Dependabot alerts that are fixable with in-range or patch-level bumps. Fixes the Dependabot alerts that only need patch or in-range bumps:
pnpm-workspace-test-app: vite 7.3.7, source-map-js 1.2.2cloudflare-wrangler-sourcemaps-test-app: vitest 4.1.12The remaining fixture alerts (Angular 17, Vite 5 fixtures, miniflare-pinned undici/sharp) have no patch within the pinned majors and were dismissed, since fixtures are never shipped.
