chore(deps): update FAKE to 6.1.5 - #44

FAKE `6.1.4` rebuilds the last entry of the changelog without its date and description, so the next release would have rewritten `## [0.1.0] - 2024-11-18` and its `First pre-release` note as a bare `## [0.1.0]` when `UpdateChangelog` saves the file. `6.1.5` keeps them.
