Flow now ships inside Frappe, so frappe/press#7703, which checks for the separate frappe/flow app, no longer turns on the supervised Flow server.

• When Frappe's pyproject declares [tool.pilot.processes.flow_server], the builder sets flow_server_manager: supervisor in the image's common_site_config.json, so feat(bench): Run the Flow server under supervisor #619 adds the supervisor program (a bench group can still set local).

Needs #619 on app servers first.
