Major rather than minor: the side panel adds a new surface, and Replace HTML changed behaviour. Hidden text is now out of scope unless Hidden content is set, where it used to be rewritten regardless, and script and style contents are now in scope wherever they sit rather than depending on where they happened to be in the tree. Tag is `3.0.0` with no prefix, matching the existing tags and the release notes link the About panel builds from manifest.version. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
