  • FP_A-{ODOMETRY,ODOMSH,ODOMENU,GNSSCORR}.gnss[12]_fix adds '11' for PPP float and '12' for PPP fixed
  • FP_A-ODOMSTATUS.gnss[12]_status adds '3' for PPP float and '6' for PPP fixed
  • Add more ubx::UBX_NAV_SIG.corrSource values and update gnss::SigCorr enum accordingly
  • Separate NMEA-Gx-{GGA,VTG}.mode enums, they are not the same (just almost the same)
