Text::YAWikiFormater CPAN tests fail independently of #1212 #1596

Summary

The Text::YAWikiFormater CPAN test run still has failures after the regex fixes in #1212:

• A formatting assertion fails.
• t/urls.t fails during compilation with strict-symbol errors.

Disabling CEC did not change these failures. The #1212 reproducer is a repeated-whitespace backtracking mismatch, and there is currently no evidence connecting these YAWikiFormater failures to that behavior. They should be investigated independently.

Evidence

Observed during the compatibility run for commit d856e13cf on 2026-10-01. The failures remained with CEC disabled.

Expected

Text::YAWikiFormater's tests should compile and pass with behavior matching system Perl.

Request

Identify the failing formatting assertion and strict-symbol compilation errors, determine whether they share a cause, and add focused regression coverage for any PerlOnJava bug found.
