Description

Pattern maintenance from the Private MMF approach cycle.

• Selective Disclosure: adds standing register disclosure, a second mode for a register of record (transfer agent or registrar) that must rebuild ownership for any date without holder cooperation. Feed granularity is left as an open trade-off. It could arguably be its own pattern; happy to split if preferred.
• ERC-3643: adds a Confidentiality boundary section (policy layer reusable, execution layer replaced), with FHE and note-based directions..
• Re-review: Shielding, Private Shared State (FHE), TEE Key Manager; dates only.
