Validate skills workflow fails on ANSI-colored Skills CLI output #7

Problem

Recent Validate skills workflow runs, including runs on main and pull requests, consistently fail during the skill-structure job.

Skills CLI successfully discovers the skill, but adds ANSI color codes around the count:

Found <ANSI>1</ANSI> skill

The workflow checks for an exact uncolored string:

grep -F "Found 1 skill" <<< "$output"

This causes grep to return exit code 1 and the job to fail even though discovery succeeded.

Suggested fix

Disable colored CLI output or strip ANSI escape codes before checking the output.
