Upgrade inspect-swarm to 0.2.1 and use its shared_memory defaults - #83

0.2.1 raises shared_memory's default size limits, so drop our overrides. Move the swarm config's UV_EXCLUDE_NEWER past the 0.2.1 release.

Upgrades inspect-swarm from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1 (changelog).
shared_memory()'s default size limits (feat: raise shared_memory's default size limits meridianlabs-ai/inspect_swarm#110), so this drops our overrides inlean_proverand uses the library defaults. Note thatmax_board_bytesgoes from our 400 MB to the default 100 MB; the other three limits are unchanged.inspect-swarm>=0.2.1so the new defaults are guaranteed.UV_EXCLUDE_NEWERinconfigs/erdos74-swarm4.yamlto2026-10-29T00:00:00Z; the old cutoff predates the 0.2.1 release and would fail to resolve with the new floor.The other 0.2.1 changes (
