fleet web: each header button opens its own panel; add a GitHub link - #1376
Each header button now opens its own panel in the wall's drawer, and the header links to the fcvm repository.
Problem
The (i), the menu and "Direct the scene" all opened the same drawer and only scrolled it to a different section. The menu always opened scrolled down past the controls.
Change
Direct the scene opens the controls only. The menu opens About only (title, sentence, counter, recent actions). The (i) opens the isolation panel only (title, sentences, repository link).
One drawer shell for all three: same header, close button, Escape handling and focus. Opening one replaces another. Each opens at scrollTop 0 with focus on its heading (first control for the controls). Closing returns focus to the button that opened it. The play button's aria-expanded is true only while the controls are open.
GitHub icon link (inline SVG) in the header next to the (i) and menu, desktop and phone. href is view.isolation.link.href, the value the isolation panel links to. It has aria-label, title, target="_blank" and rel="noopener noreferrer".
Phone: the header has the GitHub link and the menu. The (i) is left out and About also shows the isolation section, because three icons plus the title and LIVE badge run past the right edge at 360 px (seen in a screenshot).
the three header buttons open distinct panels, each at its top: each panel holds only its own content and has scrollTop 0. Run against the previous app code it fails ("about content in the play panel": expected 0, received 1).
the header links to the fcvm repository, ...: fails on the previous code (no link).
The phone test checks the header icons fit and About carries the isolation text. The scrub-count assertion in the existing counters test now reads About.
pnpm test 272 passed, pnpm lint and pnpm typecheck clean.
e2e (Playwright, local mock): before the last rebase the chromium, webkit and screenshots projects passed 58 of 58. After the rebase onto current main a full run stopped at the seam check catches a renderer that draws another t than it stamps (another tile read 15.9 against the skewed tile's 9.9); that test is about the seam error of tile frames, which this diff does not touch. It passed 3 of 3 when run alone straight afterwards. The remaining tests were not run after the rebase beyond the six touching the header, drawer, counters and phone layout, which passed. CI runs the full suite.
Screenshots
Header and each panel at 1280, 1024, 900, 800 wide and phone 390 and 360 wide, with no horizontal overflow (scrollWidth - innerWidth is 0 in each). At 800 px the header actions wrap onto a second row over the side labels; that happens below about 800 px before this change too and starts about 45 px higher now that there is one more icon.

New Features
The drawer now has separate Play, About, and Isolation panels, opened from the header. Selecting the active panel closes the drawer.
Phone layouts include the Isolation section in About; desktop layouts retain a separate Isolation panel.
Added a GitHub link to the phone and desktop headers.
Improvements
Opening a panel resets it to the top and moves focus to its content. Pressing Escape closes the drawer and restores focus to the opener when available.
The (i), the menu and "Direct the scene" all opened the same drawer and
only scrolled it to a different section, so the menu always opened
scrolled down past the controls. They now open one panel each in the same
drawer shell:
- Direct the scene: the controls only (nudge, word, light, streams, stats).
- Menu: About only (title, sentence, counter, recent actions).
- (i): isolation only (title, sentences, repository link).
Opening one replaces another, each opens at scrollTop 0 with focus on its
heading (or the first control for the controls), Escape and the close button
work the same, and closing returns focus to the button that opened it. The
play button's aria-expanded is true only while the controls are open.
The header gains a GitHub icon link (inline SVG) next to the (i) and the
menu, on desktop and phone. Its href is view.isolation.link.href, the same
value the isolation panel links to. On a phone the header has the GitHub
link and the menu; the (i) is left out and About also carries the isolation
section, because three icons plus the title and LIVE badge overflow a
360 px screen.
e2e: a test that the three buttons open distinct panels at scrollTop 0 (red
on the previous code: About content appeared in the controls drawer), a test
for the GitHub link and its href, a phone check for the header and the
About panel, and the scrub count assertion now reads About instead of the
isolation panel.

Walkthrough
The wall now uses a shared drawer for play, About, and isolation panels. Header controls switch between panels, and closing the drawer restores focus. The phone layout includes isolation content in About.
PlayDrawer accepts a typed panel selection and renders play, About, or isolation content. Each panel opens at the top and receives initial focus.
Header controls and drawer behavior fleet/web/app/_wall/Wall.tsx, fleet/web/app/wall.css, fleet/web/e2e/wall.spec.ts
Header buttons open or toggle panels and expose their expanded state. Closing restores focus to the opener or the play button. The header includes a GitHub link. End-to-end tests cover panel content, focus behavior, and phone layout.

Turnstile verification prompt remains available when the selected panel is About
or isolation: keep VerifyBox mounted in the shared drawer shell or render it for
non-play panels. Preserve closing the drawer as a recovery path; returning to
play must not be required.

the shared draft state into the relevant panel and clear it when the word is
submitted.

…panels
Review findings on the panel split:
- The Turnstile check lived in the controls section only, so with About or
the isolation panel open, an action queued from the page (Restart all)
showed no check, and the floating prompt is hidden while any drawer is
open. VerifyBox now sits in the drawer shell, above whichever panel shows.
- The word being typed was local state of the controls section, which the
panel switch unmounts, so it was lost on switching to About and back. The
draft is now state in Wall and passed down. The drawer no longer takes a
per-panel React key, so the check widget stays mounted across a switch.
e2e: one test for each, both red on the previous commit.

RED-VERIFIED: the two inline findings in this review body are answered in their threads. Turnstile check in every panel: e2e test 'Turnstile: the check shows in the About panel too, for an action queued while it is open'. Word draft across panels: e2e test 'a word being typed survives switching to another panel and back'. Both failed before 02e36a5 and pass after.
