On the first host booted from the ce08eee9 image the boot prefetch read
6163 files (334 MiB) for 20 s, beside cloud-init-local (9.3 s against
7.4 s) and the store (13.6 s against 10.8 s). Its list came from the
AMI build's first VM launch, which also exports the image. ejc3/fcvm#1397
lists it from a second launch that restores the baked snapshot, as a
woken host's slots do: 74 files, 74 MiB on this image.

Tested: python3 -S -B scripts/test-fcvm-fleet.py OK, terraform fmt -check.

- us-east-1 host AMI ami-07ea807a8a9b4c3fa (728be8c3, #713) ->
  ami-0f1f1af48e2312360, built from ejc3/fcvm main 7f5fb7e6 (which
  contains 728be8c3; fleet/renderer is identical), revised from the
  ce08eee9 image; store under store/fcvm-fleet-host-x86_64-7f5fb7e6-20261027/
  (17 PUTs, all 200). Build: the warm-root launch reached its first frame
  in 10.2 s and the traced restore in 4.4 s.
- Stacked on #713; its tile AMI is kept.

Tested: python3 -S -B scripts/test-fcvm-fleet.py OK, terraform fmt -check.
