Release Python SDK 2.3.5 for paginated workflow results

Release decision

Prepare Python SDK 2.3.5 as a patch release for the merged history-pagination fix in #82. The wire protocol and minimum Server version stay unchanged. This release makes a completed workflow's result or typed failure reachable when its terminal event is beyond the first history page.

Qualification and follow-through

• Read every history page when resolving workflow results #82 passed its full GitHub checks: Python 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, lint, package, docs, and Server integration. Candidate source returned the expected result for 1,092 events across two pages against published Server 2.4.19 in Qualify long-lived workflow histories on published Server artifacts server#245.
• The package's pyproject.toml version, product train, registry version, and changelog are updated together. The release workflow will build, publish, and verify the exact source-tagged PyPI artifact.
• Public Server and Sample App source have no exact 2.3.4 runtime dependency pin to update. The Server image does not bundle this Python SDK. Existing historical conformance evidence remains versioned as recorded.
• After publication, install exactly 2.3.5 from PyPI against the pinned Server image and repeat a run whose terminal event falls on a later history page. Record package metadata and result in Result retrieval misses terminal events beyond the first history page #81 before closing it. Check private managed consumer pins separately in their owning record.

This is a routine patch release. Related: #81.
