Supports durable-workflow/waterline#141 and durable-workflow/workflow#631.
Add
workflowTypeOperatorDashboard()for a bounded read over an explicit listof workflow types. Empty selections remain explicit and match no runs. The
additive Server route preserves existing operator authorization, namespace and
control-plane headers. Its dedicated path prevents an older Server from
silently ignoring a filter and returning broad totals.
Use a JSON array in one escaped query parameter. Reject non-list, non-string,
empty-type and oversized encoded selections before transport. Preserve the
original typed Server refusal without falling back to an unfiltered read.
Execution and worker protocol behavior are unchanged.
The local source transport suite passes 24 cases / 230 assertions with zero
skips on PHP 8.3.35. It verifies escaped types, an explicit empty selection,
namespace and authorization headers, bounded input validation and original
refusals. Normal source checks and exact published Server consumer qualification
remain.
