Select published PHP SDK 2.2.6 and Rust SDK 3.4.1 in the canonical stable release manifest.

PHP 2.2.6 preserves admitted poll identity and retries temporary external payload hydration failures. Its exact Packagist consumer passes 17 focused recovery cases, including the real Guzzle stream timeout subtype. Rust 3.4.1 corrects both ordinary and cooperative activity progress requests. Its registry archive, source identity and fresh Rust 1.86 consumer verify.

Sample App #168 is merged at 08553d80b51a06ffd6a77be1ed25578941ec9f34. Published-artifact run 37849154582 passes all 45 activity cells, including all nine progress-heartbeat directions. Every normal consumer and candidate-image gate passes. The unchanged seven-component tuple otherwise retains CLI 2.2.0, Python 2.5.0, Server 2.5.13, Waterline 2.3.1 and Native 2.5.4.

Prepared image publication passes both native architectures, anonymous pull, source-free bootstrap and cached SDK checks. Both registries' immutable and main tags independently return index sha256:bea97def7c0052bf4f243cf8cc3ab73f9eb45eaac6a30eee6a555afafc7a08fe with AMD64/ARM64 manifests. Verify the actual live stable-releases.json after Pages deployment.

Owning fixes: PHP #108, Rust #78. No Cloud rollout is included.
