…#56)

Part B: add ten music-video/video-prompt identifiers verified as true
gaps on latest main (allow, term-span-free on overlay-only and
full-catalog paths under signed-to assertion framing, true
catalog-only isolation with explicit catalog: shippedCatalog confirms
allow, no DEFAULT_ALLOWLIST collisions): Blumhouse + Lionsgate +
A24 Films (bare A24 held as short ambiguous) + MGM Studios (bare MGM
held as short ambiguous) + Hayao Miyazaki + Vevo + Vevo DSCVR + HGTV
+ MAPPA + Eon Productions. All scoped media: [image, video] so song
prompts stay allow on the music path (image/video still block).
Skipped candidates already covered by the catalog (James Bond,
Jurassic Park/World, Mission Impossible, John Wick, Stranger Things,
Squid Game, Breaking Bad, Top Gun, Godfather, House of the Dragon,
MTV Unplugged, COLORS Studio, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw
Man, Spy x Family, My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, One Punch Man,
Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, MTV/BET Awards,
Rolling Stone Films, Bad Robot, Cartoon Saloon, Universal/Warner/
Legendary/Paramount/Disney/Pixar/DreamWorks heads, Channel/One/
Animation/Entertainment/Media/Television/Studio/Pictures/Neon/Complex/
Pitchfork/Peacock/Trigger/Bones/Madhouse/Wit/Sky/Food/Discovery/
History/Lifetime/Max/Comedy/Central/Adult/Swim/National/Show/Showtime/
Nickelodeon/Illumination/Laika/Columbia/Legendary Pictures/20th Century
via work/franchise/artist/trademark spans; Quentin Tarantino, Tim
Burton, Christopher Nolan, Wes Anderson via Anderson artist span).
Short ambiguous aliases held (bare A24/MGM/AMC/ITV/MTV/007/Max/NEON;
Toei/Studio-MAPPA/Kyoto-Animation/Production I.G/CloverWorks/ITV
Studios/BBC variants/Film4 Productions/BBC iPlayer/ESPN Films/30 for
30/Syncopy Films/Eon Films/Amblin Partners/Vice/Complex/Pitchfork
audited as gaps-or-partial but held to keep this pass to ten
distinctive studio/director/music-video/channel marks).

Part A: re-audited all 33 remaining music-irrelevant unscoped
trademarks on the music path with true catalog-only isolation
(replaceBlocklist + shippedCatalog, media music, signed-to framing) -
each still fires from the shipped catalog (Adidas, Bose, Chanel,
Coca-Cola, DreamWorks, Facebook, Gucci, Instagram, iPhone, Joy-Con,
LEGO, Louis Vuitton, Luma, McDonald's, Microsoft, Netflix, Nintendo
Switch, Nintendo Direct, Paramount, Pepsi, Prime Video, PS5 (review),
Rolex, Sony Pictures, Starbucks, Steam, Switch 2, TikTok, Unity,
Universal Pictures, Warner Bros, YouTube, Gemini; AirPods is
catalog-silent but stays all-media as audio gear), so left unscoped
per standing rule. No overlay changes in Part A. Audio/DJ gear and
music platforms/distributors/labels stay all-media.

Allow-path: explicit music-video/video-prompt block cases on the
overlay path plus near-miss splits and innocent cinematic/vibe/
direction boundary prompts (neon-glow/morning-mist verified after
neon-street/morning-haze hit catalog spans) asserted allow on both
overlay and full paths; media-scope assertions (music allow,
image/video block) in blocklist tests.

Identifiers only, never lyrics. Not legal advice.

* Use-case: podcast-audiobook overlay + media-scope + allow-path

Part B: add ten podcast/audiobook identifiers verified as true
gaps on latest main (allow, term-span-free on overlay-only and
full-catalog paths under pitched-to/intro-sting framing, true
catalog-only isolation with explicit catalog: shippedCatalog confirms
allow): Wondery + Earwolf + Pushkin Industries + Parcast + Stitcher
(networks/platforms) + Armchair Expert + SmartLess + Radiolab
(flagship show marks) + HarperAudio (alias Harper Audio) + Audible
Studios (audiobook imprints). All audio-native, all-media (no media
scoping) so music + image + video prompts block. Skipped
catalog-covered candidates (Gimlet Media via Media, Crime Junkie via
Crime, My Favorite Murder, Huberman Lab via Lab, Call Her Daddy,
99% Invisible via Invisible, Penguin Audio / Random House Audio /
Macmillan Audio / Simon & Schuster Audio / Brilliance Audio / Tantor
Audio via Audio, Recorded Books via Books, This American Life, The
Daily, Stuff You Should Know, The Joe Rogan Experience; Serial held
as short ambiguous/common). No commonWord gating needed; no
DEFAULT_ALLOWLIST collisions; short ambiguous aliases omitted.

Part A: re-audited leftover music-irrelevant unscoped trademarks on
the music path with true catalog-only isolation (replaceBlocklist +
shippedCatalog, media music) - each still fires from the shipped
catalog (Adidas, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Coca-Cola,
Pepsi, McDonald's, Starbucks, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft,
Netflix, TikTok, YouTube, DreamWorks, Paramount, Universal Pictures,
Sony Pictures, Warner Bros, etc.; AirPods is catalog-silent but stays
all-media as audio gear), so left unscoped per standing rule. No
overlay changes in Part A. Audio gear and music platforms/labels stay
all-media.

Allow-path: explicit podcast-audiobook block cases on the overlay path
plus near-miss splits (wonder bread/why, ear wax/wolf, par cast,
stitch, armchair, smart less, radio lab, harper audiobook, audible
studio apartment) and innocent boundary prompts (host banter /
interview room / chapter narration) asserted allow on both overlay
and full paths.

Identifiers only, never lyrics. Not legal advice.

all-media) + RIAA (certification/packaging mark) + Gildan + Hanes
(merch blanks) + Coachella (poster franchise, image/video scoped).

NME/XXL/Ninja Tune/Hipgnosis/Roger Dean/Peter Saville/Shepard Fairey/

Palace/Puma/New Balance/Champion via block spans). No commonWord gating
needed; no DEFAULT_ALLOWLIST collisions; short ambiguous aliases
omitted (bare XL held as size-ambiguous; bare ECM/DG/Gildan/Hanes
fragments held as redundant to full forms).

* Use-case: song-prompt festival overlay + allow-path

Part B: add ten festival identifiers verified as true gaps on
latest main (allow + term-span-free on overlay-only and
full-catalog paths under headliner-anthem framing, true
catalog-only isolation with explicit catalog: shippedCatalog
confirms allow): Coachella + Lollapalooza + Glastonbury +
Bonnaroo + Sziget + Roskilde + Pukkelpop + Creamfields +
Fuji Rock + Lowlands (commonWord-gated so lowercase lowlands
stays allow). All music-native all-media trademarks.
Skipped candidates already covered by the catalog (Tomorrowland,
Ultra Music Festival, Wireless Festival, Parklife, Latitude
Festival, Summer Sonic, Electric Forest, Austin City Limits,
Hard Summer, Firefly Festival, Shaky Knees, Corona Capital,
Rock am Ring, Rock in Rio, Reading/Download Festival via
Festival token, Rolling Loud/Governors Ball via Rolling/Ball
spans; Metro Boomin, Murda Beatz, Pierre Bourne, DJ Khaled,
Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, WondaGurl, Boi-1da, CashMoneyAP,
JetsonMade, Finneas, Rick Rubin, Mustard, Wheezy, Southside
and other producer tags via artist/work spans; Chappell Roan,
Doechii, Tyla, Tate McRae, Gracie Abrams and other chart
artists via artist spans). No DEFAULT_ALLOWLIST collisions;
short ambiguous aliases omitted (no EDC/ACL/Glasto forms).

Part A: re-audited remaining music-irrelevant unscoped
trademarks on the music path with true catalog-only isolation
(replaceBlocklist + shippedCatalog, neutral warm-pads framing)
- each still fires from the shipped catalog (Adidas, Bose,
Chanel, Coca-Cola, DreamWorks, Facebook, Gucci, Instagram,
iPhone, Joy-Con, LEGO, Louis Vuitton, Luma, Netflix,
Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Direct, Paramount, Pepsi, PS5
(review), Rolex, Sony Pictures, Starbucks, Steam, TikTok,
Unity, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros, YouTube, Gemini;
AirPods is catalog-silent but stays all-media as audio gear),
so left unscoped per standing rule. No overlay changes in
Part A. Audio/DJ gear and music platforms stay all-media.

Allow-path: explicit festival block cases on the overlay path
plus near-miss splits and innocent boundary prompts
(stage/campsite/field/orchard/location language) asserted
allow on both overlay and full paths.

Identifiers only, never lyrics. Not legal advice.

* Use-case: image-prompt overlay + media-scope + allow-path

Add 10 distinctive image-prompt identifiers (characters, memes,
fashion houses, camera brand, photographer style, beauty/product
marks), each verified as a true catalog gap via catalog-only
isolation (replaceBlocklist + explicit catalog: shippedCatalog).
All new ids scoped to media image/video so song prompts stay clean.

Part A: scope 32 music-irrelevant trademarks (fashion, food/drink,
toys, film studios, social/video, tech, luxury, gaming hardware/
stores) to image/video so they no longer fire on music prompts.

Add test/image-prompt.test.js: catalog-gap proof, explicit
overlay blocks, music/image media-scope, allow-path innocents,
and near-miss boundary splits.

Co-authored-by: mikkel <mikkel@255bits.com>

* Use-case: short-form-social overlay + media-scope + allow-path

Add 9 distinctive short-form identifiers as true gaps (verified via
catalog-only isolation with explicit catalog: shippedCatalog):
franchises Sidemen, Charli D'Amelio, Wipe It Down, Grimace (all-media,
creator-network / challenge / meme IP); trademarks Artlist, Uppbeat
(all-media viral audio brands); Pond5, Shorts Fund, Video Reply
(image/video platform chrome + footage).

Part A audit: remaining music-irrelevant unscoped marks (film studios,
food/beverage, fashion, video streaming) are all catalog hits, so
overlay rescoping would be a no-op; documented in test. No
overlay-effective leftovers.
