macOS runners now have Python 3.15, which pyyaml has no wheels for yet; with --no-build, huggingface_hub==2.1.1 can't resolve and the macOS job fails before any Java runs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

macOS runners now pick Python 3.15, which pyyaml has no wheels for yet; with
