Workspace is now discoverable as O13 in the OSS hub, with its retained tabs and screen-switcher description in all 14 locales, canonical docs/demo/GitHub/npm links, and sitemap entry. Light and dark marks are byte-pinned to oss-brand source commit 3870b9ea86f5ccc443d06b49d991592591b110da; the existing v0.3.0 snapshot remains unchanged. Canonical brand v0.4.0 is published: https://github.com/devslab-kr/oss-brand/releases/tag/v0.4.0 .
Validation: npm test passed all 45 tests after the release-status update. Playwright switched through all 14 locales at 390px with no page overflow and all four links present. Inspected English desktop dark, Korean mobile light, and Arabic RTL mobile dark; screenshots and initial failure/correction evidence are in docs/qa/workspace-discovery/verification.md.
Release dependency: publish Workspace Pages docs/demo before merging this PR. This PR has no production verification yet.
