DDS tables currently lack the resize handles and row-selection behavior required by FM. Add opt-in column resizing (pointer and keyboard, full reset on double-click/Escape), controlled server-sort requests, and stable-ID row selection. Existing client sorting and server-order descriptions remain compatible; application requests, navigation, and analytics stay in application callbacks.

Fix package export priority so an explicit browser condition selects the browser build rather than the Node SSR build. Worker/workerd retain priority. Update English/Korean guides, the live canary, verification notes, and a minor changeset for dds-table/dds-css.

Prepare the fixed-group 0.19.0 release using the repository's pnpm version-packages script, including the lockfile and all six release manifests/changelogs. The initial CI failure exposed missing stylesheet producer builds before the canary; verify:canary:build now explicitly builds tokens and CSS first. Publish only after the final head passes full CI and is merged normally.

Validation: repository pnpm run verify; verify:table:test (5 contracts, 20 DOM/a11y tests, 2 SSR tests, typecheck/build); canary typecheck; 5 existing Playwright table geometry regressions; fresh packed consumer install/import/SSR/hydration; manual local browser drag, keyboard resize, reset, sort, selection. The initial missing-feature failures and initial hydration failure are recorded in docs/table-interactions-verification.ko.md. npm publication and FM migration are not included.
