Adds personal favorites with direct editor links, folder-tree navigation, snippet statistics and display preferences. Integrates deckerweb Updater V2 and Library, refreshed Code Compass artwork, formatted footer changelog and synchronized English/German documentation with 27 FAQ answers per language. Removes obsolete fullscreen-editor behavior and fixes the invalid toolbar callback.
Validation: rc3 successfully tested by the plugin author; PHP syntax, action callbacks, focused navigation/settings checks, plugin/snippet bootstrap, ZIP layout and documentation checks passed. The entire uploaded Git tree matches the reviewed local source exactly; published Wiki sources are verified separately. WordPress 6.7+ and PHP 8.0+ required. Broader WordPress integration testing remains deferred as agreed.
