Use gh-ci-action v1.2.0:

  • The dune cache is saved again once it is near max-size; before, it stopped being saved.
  • A fallback restore removes pins and packages that the project no longer needs.
  • The opam key no longer changes with each weekly runner image.

The cache key and the cached paths change, so the first run is cold. CI ran twice on this PR: the first run cold, the second warm from the first run's cache.

Risk: two-way door; a revert restores v1.1.0 and its cache entries.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated the versions of tools used in the continuous integration workflow.
    • The compiler version, pinned packages, and setup options remain unchanged, so this update does not alter the app’s features or behavior for users.
