Remove .NET-only positioning from documentation

MicroStack runs as a container and is not limited to .NET consumers, so the existing tagline incorrectly narrowed its audience.

Remove the .NET qualifier from the README and matching documentation surfaces while retaining the separate note that the implementation is built with .NET 10 and C#.
