Livewire admin screens BrainExplorer / CreditLedger / FleetOverview are registered nowhere #15

Found while clearing the quarantined test groups (#14).

The three admin Livewire components now load — they were previously unreachable because their files sat at php/Agentic/Livewire/ while Core\Mod\Agentic\Livewire\ resolves to php/Livewire/, so Composer never autoloaded them and they were fatal on load. #14 moves them to the right path and their tests pass.

But nothing reaches them. There is:

• no Livewire::component() registration in php/Boot.php
• no route pointing at any of them
• no admin menu entry

They carry #[Layout('hub::admin.layouts.app')] and #[Title(...)], so they were clearly built as hub admin screens.

Decision needed: wire them into Boot + routes + the admin menu, or accept them as test-only fixtures and say so. Right now they are tested code that no user can reach.
