Summary

Before: the Sponsor page only offered Open Collective and a single perk (a T-shirt at USD 100 total). Companies had no reason to sponsor beyond goodwill.

After: the page offers GitHub Sponsors and Open Collective, and lists four monthly tiers:

Tier Per month Perks
Backer USD 5 Name on the Sponsor page
Bronze USD 50 Logo on the Sponsor page, thanks in release notes
Silver USD 200 + logo on the home page and in the READMEs of cpp-linter-action, cpp-linter, cpp-linter-rs, cpp-linter-hooks
Gold USD 500 + larger logo placed first

One-time and yearly payments count at their monthly equivalent; logos are reviewed quarterly and stay until the quarter after a sponsorship ends; past sponsors stay listed by name. It also adds an empty "Sponsors" section, keeps the T-shirt perk (now counting either platform), adds a GitHub Sponsors social icon, and updates the home page and Community page wording to mention both platforms.

How: edits to docs/sponsor.md, docs/overrides/home.html, docs/discussion.md and mkdocs.yml. mkdocs build --strict passes.

The tier amounts are a proposal; the matching tiers still need to be created in the GitHub Sponsors and Open Collective dashboards.
