• 2f2c982: Budgets: the billing.budget_threshold_reached, billing.budget_hold_placed and billing.budget_hold_lifted webhook events (a member's, project's or API key's monthly budget), and the BudgetScope type. Sends over a budget fail with billing_error budget_exceeded; a broadcast waits with pause_reason: "budget_exceeded".
• 001c8ed: Content storage: coss.email.storage (get, update) switches an environment to content_storage: "discard", which keeps each email's subject, body, headers, template variables and attachment filenames only until it is sent, fails or is canceled. Emails have content_storage (mode and discarded_at); EmailContentStorage, ContentStorageMode, StorageSettings and UpdateStorageSettingsParams are exported.
