I'm a developer in Berlin. I work across data systems, automation, and applied AI.
I came to software through psychology, neuroscience, and medical research rather than a traditional computer-science path. That background still shapes how I think: systems are built for people, measurements have context, and elegant machinery is useless when it answers the wrong question.
My professional work has included data platforms, a customer-facing RAG assistant for industrial energy users, engineering leadership, and running a small automation business. Python, SQL, and Linux are familiar territory. I enjoy following a problem across the boundaries between the software, the people using it, and the decisions it is supposed to help them make.
I'm interested in privacy-preserving and local-first systems, evidence-heavy research, electronic music, and DJ tooling. The music projects are one place those interests meet: discovery, data, ownership, and the pleasure of finding something worth playing.
For encrypted email to cortezbuilds@proton.me, download my email public key. It contains the Curve25519 encryption subkey used by Proton Mail.
For software that supports hybrid ML-KEM/X25519, the full public certificate also includes my hybrid encryption subkey. Messages encrypted to that subkey are decrypted with my local GnuPG setup.
