Prefer the daemon-stamped workdir for actor/config/root binding and retain project_id in the route scope. Keep the single named legacy bind-root fallback for sessions without a stamped workdir. The mismatch test now deliberately binds the stamped folder instead of preserving the bind root: the route contract changes from diagnostic-only to authoritative stamps. Diagnostic fixtures create real stamped roots; persistence coverage seeds a legacy canonical path key. The resolver always disables aft_delete and aft_move by default. Check the root-specific contract instead: the stamped folder disables aft_search and the bind folder's aft_zoom override is absent. Co-authored-by: alfonso-aft <289616620+alfonso-aft@users.noreply.github.com>
