Rebase onto the composed InstalledBundle and persistent LiveDelta: preserve readers, install cuts, readiness and replay journals while recording every delivery gap as a new epoch. Ordinary edits retain the gap state. Allow Overflowed recovery only after a completed strict walk whose reconciled epoch matches the live epoch, matching the reviewed views-stack guard from 15049cf. Stopped and stale epochs remain rejected. Regression coverage checks stale cuts, stale strict tags, successful recovery and held bundle/readers.
