The background registration test previously asserted promotion wording even for an explicit background call. Replace that assertion with the local background launch wording, preserving admission and input-capture notices; keep the foreground promotion output byte-exact as a control. Explicit background runon already bypasses the foreground capture wait, but foreground_runon_reply overwrote its launch text with a promotion message claiming a 15-second wait. Select the same background formatter used by local launches, preserving admission and input-capture warnings. Leave foreground promotion formatting unchanged and assert both its exact output and its wait window. Co-authored-by: alfonso-aft <289616620+alfonso-aft@users.noreply.github.com>
