• packages/pi-plugin headless-exit.test.ts: the six 'approved session UI binding' tests each spawn a harness process with a 15 s rescue kill, but ran under bun's 5 s default timeout. On a loaded macOS runner 'factory without UI delivers the actual plugin version through session context' timed out at 5001 ms (run 40422064215, job 121918648910). Each now has a 30 s budget, above the rescue kill.
• packages/opencode-plugin e2e outside-permissions.test.ts: stdoutPath walks the whole engine storage root to find a task's stdout file while the engine's index builder creates and removes search-build.tmp folders there; the walk listed one and failed with ENOENT reading it (job 121918649129). A folder that vanishes between listing and reading is now skipped.
