… parity The initial strict loader folded no-base generations through v2. Refuse that constructor until the v3-only bind source is connected; test snapshot sources use the existing v3 base builder. Add public same-tree legacy parity, edits, restart, forced-kill handshake and writer-stop coverage without changing the views-off contract. Revoke only on views-on configuration publication. Keep final rename and its ledger credit under a shared publication permit; normal views-off workers may still publish after reconfigure or unbind. Stack on step D e59e131. Use new_v3/access/verified_bind and real production acquisition in public parity, restart and kill fixtures. Forward watcher overflow and cookies to the lexical slot. Verified bind currently takes D's strict fallback; platform fast-path enablement and performance measurements remain deferred.
