Summary
Both PRs of the change (#8 test-stack migration, #9 invite_outcome logging) are merged and deployed; invite_outcome events are confirmed in production Workers Logs (missing_email and unexpected_error branch probes). This archives the planning artifacts under openspec/changes/archive/2026-11-01-log-invite-outcomes and promotes the
