Tick T9 in the plan with its evidence: test and real-docker passed on ba8294d, the "main checks" ruleset requires both on main, and a live-probes run passed. Replace the "T9 remains open" text in the plan, ci.md, agent-isolation.md and planning-acceptance.md, and keep the steps for keeping T9 green in ci.md.
