Bump @celados/argc to 7.12.0 (catalog + packages/gkit) and release gkit 0.3.2. gkit only uses argc's schema/skill helpers (own arg parser), no app.run, so the agent output-capture guard does not apply to gkit's CLI. check-types, tests, verify:package pass locally.
