Description

@yuuuxt

Are you on the latest chainladder version?

  • Yes, this bug occurs on the latest version.

Describe the bug in words

See repro below: each of those names is not explicitly exported from chainladder.

How can the bug be reproduced?

Install chainladder==0.10.1 and select that environment in VS Code.

In a Python file, type cl.

With the cursor after cl., invoke completion.

Only ... names are suggested.

Or, with mypy:

python -m mypy --no-implicit-reexport --follow-imports=silent --no-incremental -c "from chainladder import Triangle, Chainladder, Development, load_sample"

<string>:1: error: Module "chainladder" does not explicitly export attribute "Triangle" [attr-defined]
<string>:1: error: Module "chainladder" does not explicitly export attribute "Chainladder" [attr-defined]
<string>:1: error: Module "chainladder" does not explicitly export attribute "Development" [attr-defined]
<string>:1: error: Module "chainladder" does not explicitly export attribute "load_sample" [attr-defined]
Found 4 errors in 1 file (checked 1 source file)

What is the expected behavior?

Suggestions include Triangle, Chainladder etc.

With mypy:

Success: no issues found in 1 source file
