Create RESTful OpenAPI for team members

Create a openapi for team members to support following endpoints

Here are few PRs, so you know what's expected. #407 #431

Please make sure to test these endpoints on postman. We have postman/collection, please import that to postman, and add these endpoints. Export the collection after you are done, to replace the collection.json
