Agents working in this repo hit papercuts (stale node_modules, sandbox limits on the verify fixture, unclear hints) and the only record is docs/agents/gotchas.md or a lost transcript. Frog (https://github.com/wevm/frog) gives them a place to log each one, and turns the log into issues.

This adds frog 1.1.0 as a pinned dev dependency, the log under .agents/friction-log/ (README and config), the friction issue form, and .github/workflows/friction-log.yml in Action-only mode. The workflow uses the repo's GITHUB_TOKEN, no third-party App, and pins wevm/frog/action to the frog@1.1.0 commit SHA with version: 1.1.0. Inbound reports from other repos are off. CLAUDE.md gets one line telling agents to log with bunx frog log.

The files match what frog init writes, written by hand from the 1.1.0 source rather than by running init. The README's AGENTS.md paragraph and the curl | sh installer are left out. No database store.

Before merge, enable Settings > Actions > General > "Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests", or the workflow cannot open frog/sync.

bun run verify passes and bunx frog list reads the empty log. Not verified: the workflow on GitHub (it runs only on pushes to main), e2e tiers.

Adds Frog 1.1.0 as a pinned dev dependency, the friction log under
.agents/friction-log, the friction issue form, and the Action-only
workflow that reports entries as issues and keeps a frog/sync PR.
Inbound reports from other repositories are off. CLAUDE.md tells agents
to log papercuts with `bunx frog log`.
